HEAD BASE
HFF use a model base for make your fursuit head and the maximum size is 60cm / 23.62" for the head circumference , if your head is more large that this size your need to write your size ont the google form when you take a commissions.
PAYMENTS
1)HFF only accepts Paypal unless exceptions are made. HFF is not responsible for lost payments. Payments must be completed before the products is sent to the commissioner.
2) Plan payement : you can pay 250 or 500€ / month you can choose, aslo the 30% at start is still needed in one time.
3) if you choose the plan payement, each payment can't be refunded if you cancel your commissions.
REFUNDS
The 30% non-refundable down payment will be deducted from the refunded amount.
HFF CANCELLATIONS
If a commission is canceled by HFF for personal reasons, a full refund will be given including the 30% non-refundable down payment and a statement as to the cause of termination. HFF retains the right to cancel a commission in the case of perceived uncooperative, inappropriate or threatening behavior. The 30% non-refundable down payment will not be refunded in these instances.
If the commissioned design was created or provided by the commissioner, HFF retains the right to alter the original design of any created items of canceled commissions to complete and sell. If the design was an original design provided by HFF, HFF maintains all rights to the design and are not required to modify it before selling.
WARRANTY
Every item includes a 3 month limited warranty in which repairs and replacements will be made for free (not including shipping charges) that covers craftsmanship and materials. The Warranty does not cover items under the following categories:
- Items that have been used improperly, or abused
- Items not covered by shipping insurance and arrive damaged
- Items that have been altered in any way
- Items that do not fit due to weight loss/gain

PRÉCOMMANDE
-Parfois HFF propose des précommandes, vous pouvez à tout moment annulé votre précommande à condition que votre demande ne soit pas dans les 2 semaines qui précède l'envois de celle-ci.
-Si vous voulez annulé mais que votre commandé à déjà était fabriquer vous autorisé HFF a revendre votre commande.
GARANTIE
HFF ne pourras pas vous remboursé si :
- L'objet n'est pas utilisé comme il le devrais et dans de bonne condition.
- L'objet s'abime à cause d'un mauvais entreposage.
- L'objet n'est pas à la bonne taille.
MATÉRIEL UTILISER :
HFF utilise uniquement du filament de type PLA / PLA Silk / PLA Glow
SÉCURITÉ et PROTECTION
-Si vous vous sentez mal ou que vous avez la nausée , mais aussi si vous avec des picotement au mains au pied voir même que vous ne les sentez plus du au élément d'impression 3D vous devez les retirer immédiatement ! et si
-HFF n'est pas responsable de tout dommage matériel ou physique du au objet 3D et de leur mauvaise utilisation ou utilisation dans un milieux non approprier.
EXPÉDITION
-En cas de Précommande HFF enverra tout les colis en même temps ou à quelques jours d'intervalle.
-HFF envois ces colis via la platform Chronopost ou Mondial Relay.

Duct Tape Dummy "DTD" Tutorial by HFF
Hello, Welcome to HFF DTD tutorial, here I going to show you how make your own DTD the most easily way possible .
1) The material:
You will need to have 3 essential components:-Gray adhesive tape (Chaterton), it all depends on your body size but remember to take more or less 4 rolls of 25m to be sure.-A disposable painters outfit in your size, no need to take a larger size.-2 brooms or sticks to hold your arms in position, you will see why by following the tutorial.
2) After putting on your painter's outfit, tie the ends of the body securely, but not too tightly.
3) Start by clearly defining the crotch.TIPS: Try to make the DTD as smooth as possible in hard-to-reach places by making small pieces rather than long Chaterton strips.
4) Once step "3)" is finished, you can go to the other parts of the body.TIPS: Start with the legs, go up the torso, avoiding going over the middle zipper, then finish with the arms starting from the hands to the neck.
5) BE CAREFUL OF THE ARMS
Once you reach the arms, they must remain in this position but also be at an acceptable height, that is to say not horizontal (T-shaped) nor too low.TIPS: it's why the brooms or sticks is useful for support your arms.
6) Once the DTD is completed, you will need to make several essential markings.
MARKING AREAS:
-Knees
-Tail base
-Elbows
7) freedom!
You've been locked up for a while now, you have to free yourself, but not just any old way. To do this correctly, you will need to make other markings:-A long line which will go from below the hand of your choice to the very bottom of the leg, to this line you will add small lines all along which you will use to realign them when reconstituting the DTD.-Another line that will start from the other arm above the hand to the neck, also with small lines all along.
Now, you can, preferably with surgical scissors (Not a cutter please ! ), carefully cut along the line.You are free!
8) Last step:
Remake your DTD, realign the lines precisely and close the DTD with your Chaterton, pull up the zipper without covering it with tape
CONGRATULATION! If you followed all the steps, you have successfully make your DTD!

TETE FURSUIT
HFF utilise une buste a taille unique avec un tour de tête de 60cm maximum, si votre tour de tête est supérieur , il vous faudra le mentionner dans le formulaire d'inscription, si cela n'a pas était fait HFF pourra effectuer des modification dans la mesure du possible , mais ne sera en aucun cas responsable en bas impossibilité d'utilisation de votre tête de fursuit.
PAIMENT
HFF accepte uniquement le payement via Paypal, est n'est pas responsable en cas d'erreur lors de l'envois des fonds.
REMBOURSEMENT
30% du prix final ne peuvent être remboursé lorsque la commande à débutée.
HFF ANNULATION
Si HFF dois annuler votre commande pour des raisons personnelles, vous recevrez un remboursement intégrale de votre commande d'ont les 30% (normalement non remboursable).
HFF à le droit d'annuler une commission si le client est irrespectueux ou ne souhaites pas respecter les conditions de vente ou ne souhaites être coopératif pendant la création du costume, les 30% de départ ne seront pas remboursé dans ce cas.
MODIFICATION et RECTIFICATION
aucune modification sera accepter lorsque que votre projet sera démarrer , vous devez en parlé avant.
GARRANTIE
Chaque articles comprends une garantie limitée 3 mois à laquelle les réparations et les remplacements seront effectués gratuitement (hors frais d'expédition) couvrant l'artisanat et les matériaux.
Vous ne serez pas garantie si :
-Les articles sont mal utilisés ou endommagé volontairement;
-Les articles non couverts par l'assurance d'expédition arrivent endommagés;
-Les articles sont modifiés de quelque façon que ce soit;
-Votre physique à changé pendant la durée de création du costume et les mensuration de départ ne vous correspondent plus.

Santé et Sécurité
Chaque clients doit être conscient du risque de coup de chaleur et/ou d'accident dû à la perte de la qualité de la vision. HFF n'est pas responsable des blessures ou des décès impliquant nos fursuits. Les clients doivent toujours avoir un "Helper" qui peuvent les guider et les surveiller. Veuillez rester en bonne santé et connaître vos limites, ayez beaucoup de boissons hydratantes à disposition et restez au frais.

Duct Tape Dummy "DTD" Tutorial by HFF
Bonjour, bienvenue dans le tutoriel DTD de HFF, ici je vais vous montrer comment réaliser votre DTD en toute simplicité et sérénité.
1) Le matériel :
Il faudra vous munir de 3 composants essentiels:-du scotch adhésif gris (Chaterton), tout dépend de votre corpulence mais pensez à prendre plus ou moins 4 rouleaux de 25m pour être sûr.-une tenue de peintre jetable à votre taille, pas besoin de prendre plus grand.-2 ballets ou bâtons pour maintenir vos bras en position, vous verrez pourquoi en suivant le tuto.
2) Après avoir enfilé votre tenu de peintre, attachez solidement, mais pas trop serré non plus, les extrémités du corps.
3) Commencez par bien délimiter l'entrejambe.TIPS : Essayez de faire le DTD le plus lisse possible dans les endroits difficile d'accès en faisant des petits morceaux plutôt que des longues bandes de Chaterton.
4) Une fois l'étape "3)" finie, vous pouvez vous attaquer aux autres parties du corps.TIPS : Commencez par les jambes, remontez sur le torse, en évitant de passer sur la fermeture éclaire du milieu, puis terminez par les bras en partant des mains jusqu'au cou.
5) ATTENTION AUX BRAS
Une fois arrivé aux bras il faudra qu'ils restent dans cette position mais aussi qu'ils soient a une hauteur acceptable, c'est-à-dire pas horizontal (en T) ni trop bas.TIPS :Aidez-vous des balais ou bâtons pour maintenir vos bras.
6) Une fois la DTD terminée il vous faudra faire plusieurs marquages indispensables.
ZONES DE MARQUAGE :
-Genoux
-Base de la queue
-Coudes
7) La Libération !
Cela fait déjà un moment que vous êtes enfermé, il faut vous libérer mais pas n'importe comment. Pour bien faire, il vous faudra faire d'autres marquages :-Un long trait qui partira en dessous de la main de votre choix jusqu'à tout en bas de la jambe, à ce trait vous y rajouterez des petits traits tout le long qui vous serviront à les réaligner lors de la reconstitution de la DTD.-Un autre trait qui partira de l'autre bras au dessus de la main jusqu'au cou, aussi avec des petits traits tout du long.
Maintenant, vous pouvez, avec des ciseaux chirurgicaux de préférence (et surtout pas un cutter !), découper soigneusement le long du trait.Vous voilà libre !
8) Dernière étape :
Reconstituer votre DTD, réalignez bien les traits précisément et refermez la DTD avec votre Chaterton, remontez la fermeture éclaire sans la recouvrir de scotch
BRAVO ! Si vous avez suivi toutes les étapes, vous avez réussi à créer votre DTD !
